I'm not sure the privacy is great, since you have to pass the community guard post every night, and most streets leading to the main road are closed during the day. Also, adding an elevator should be a top priority for a hospitality business. Having to climb four levels of stairs every single time is a lot.

I'd avoid bringing your own vehicle if you're staying here.

There are four floors, with eight rooms on each floor, if I remember right. It was super clean, and there’s hot water around the clock. The pantry on the first floor has a refrigerator, electric water heater, microwave, and wash basin. The staff are warm and friendly. Parking fits three or four cars, with room left for motorcycles. You can also wait in the pantry area before check-in.

I've been twice, and both the room and service were good. I often recommend this place to friends and people I know who want an affordable, decent room near the MRT and other iconic jaksel spots for a bit of rest ^^

The room and location were both okay, and the price was totally reasonable. The only issue is that the access roads at both ends of the street have recently been closed after 9 pm, I guess as part of the covid19 protocols.
