The staff were okay, but the place as a whole wasn't great. The first two photos in the listing don't reflect the actual place and seem to be there for commercial purposes. Urooms senayan is much better. I'd rate the rooms 6/10. One AC took 30 minutes before it felt cool, and the AC in another room didn't work at all.

I really don't recommend this hotel, especially for foreigners. The room and bed sheet were very dirty, and the blanket was dirty too. The AC leaked. Everything smelled awful, and it was disgusting. The staff were very helpful, at least, but I still wish I could give it no stars. 😭😭

The room was clean, and both the hot and cold shower worked well. The location between tanah abang n karet st is handy, though the blanket was really small.
