The location in PIK is good, and the price is cheap, but that doesn't excuse the hygiene. The place needs cleaning. There were no towels, the sheets definitely hadn't been washed, and junk lying around attracted lots of mosquitoes. I'd bring my own sleeping bag and mosquito repellent.

The staff were kind, friendly, and receptive, which is the only reason I'm giving this two stars. Otherwise, I'd give it zero if I could. We couldn't sleep through the first night because the pods were too cramped and hot, so my wife and I booked somewhere else after arriving for a three-night stay. They're advertised as full beds, but two people can't fit comfortably. The pods themselves are okay, and the AC works, but the privacy curtains fell down when I tried to close them. The AC in the shared area didn't work either, and mosquitoes were everywhere. The bathrooms looked abandoned, though at least they didn't smell. The toilet seats were dirty, there was no toilet paper, the bidet pressure was weak, and the shower area was dark with no hooks. The shower head was rusty, too. The toilets had the same problems people were reporting two years ago, including broken rusty sink faucets and dead light bulbs. The photos on booking sites are five years old, and the place has gone downhill badly since then. Photos from two years ago looked just like what I saw the day I arrived. The owner has a lot of work to do before this place is decent. At $8/night, it's still expensive for what you get. The location is good, but the property is tucked away and hard to find.

For the PIK area, this room is very, very cheap and decent enough for an overnight stay or short trip. Nice bed, and the guys at reception were nice too. The facilities have become badly damaged over the years, especially the bathroom. The obvious culprits seem to be rude guests.

For the price, it's okay. The pod had comfortable sheets and a pillow, and having a locker for valuables is a good idea. You can also ask to change rooms or pods, which seems fine. Finding the place took 15 minutes. Make the sign easier to see or add a clue, it's behind the resto. The attendants mostly seemed like bystanders. The shared toilets were okay, not great, and could use tissue and brighter lighting. Please enforce quiet rules too, since some guests talked loudly and played their phones at high volume. CCTV would also make the lockers feel safer.
