The room was neat and remarkably clean, and the price felt very fair for the Cipete area. I was struck by the little touches, too: thick, high-quality toilet tissue and liquid soap that was thoughtfully packaged. Those details gave me confidence in the care put into hygiene and service more broadly. W Home Hotel Cipete shows that an affordable stay doesn’t have to feel cheap. The essentials exceeded my expectations, and the team made the experience feel thoughtful and respectful. I’d highly recommend it if cleanliness and considerate details matter more to you than a flashy lobby.

The rooms are roomy, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were really friendly. The hotel itself is small, quiet, and in a great spot, close to restaurants, shops, and cafes on the busier streets. I’d definitely recommend it.

The surroundings were really nice, and the Wi-Fi download speed was 250 ++. I couldn’t check in early, and the air conditioning wasn’t cold enough. Otherwise, everything was fine.

The guards were attentive, and the place is close to the metro. The room looked good at first, but up close it was a bit dirty, and the bed felt itchy. Hot water stopped working after the third night. On the second night the AC cut out for a while, then made a loud noise. The faucet also made a strange noise sometimes and turned on by itself. It was the water pressure, but still pretty annoying.
