Whiz Prime Hotel Kelapa Gading

We held a sangjit event in the ballroom, and the food tasted good, especially the salmon pesto pasta and rujak pengantin. But afterward we were disappointed that hotel staff didn't help serve food from the stalls. They told guests to take it themselves, and some dishes ran out far too quickly, which was embarrassing for us as hosts. We ordered plenty, more than the portions suggested by both the hotel and the planner. We know popular items like pempek can run out, but this happened so fast that many people missed out despite the large amount we'd prepared. The hotel should train staff to help distribute food at the stalls, as they do at other hotels, instead of leaving it all to guests.

There was a bar and restaurant in the building, and the noise carried on late into the night. I also called staff to request service, but it still hadn't arrived 30 minutes later. The rooms were spacious and very well cleaned, though, and I found the hotel fairly comfortable. Service was average.

Check-in was seamless, and the Front Office staff gave us a very welcoming start. My room was spotless and cozy, with everything I needed, and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly too. Great service and a clean room. Thanks, Whiz Prime Kelapa Gading!

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean with a reasonably good amount of space. The bed was firm. There was a free arcade game. The room had no window, poor ventilation and a cigarette smell. You could hear the club in the basement and feel the beat from the room. Traffic in the area was terrible. Mall of Indonesia is right across the road, but the drive took 20 minutes because of traffic.
