It was already late, and with the hotels full, the receptionist set the price after they found me a room here. I paid almost 600,000 Rupiah, but the facilities were completely inadequate: an old-style TV with no sound, a dirty toilet, small separate beds, and no Wi-Fi. Don't come here, you'll regret it. I guarantee you won't be satisfied with a stay.

Sorry to say, this hotel is bad. For 380 thousand a day, the water smelled fishy and the AC wasn't cold. There was no soap, and it seemed not to have been refilled for a long time. The phone was there but didn't work, and the receptionist was grumpy with no smiles.

Please tell the receptionist that my room deposit hasn't been collected. I checked out at 8 am on 11-05-2026, under the name Afwan Lubis. I'll collect it the next time I come back. If I don't return, please donate the money.

The location is strategic, though still far from the MRT. The rooms aren't worth recommending: black pillows, weak walls and no working hot water. At 300k a night, it feels deceptive compared with Dharmein Hotel, which costs only 100k more and has 4-star facilities. Not recommended.

The family room was good overall, and the AC was cold. The room was nice and clean, but the bathroom had a lot of limescale, and the hot water kettle needs frequent cleaning. There was very little soap and shampoo. I don't know if that was intentional, but it certainly isn't enough for three people or a family.
