I've never stayed in a worse hostel. It was sold out online, but when I contacted them on WhatsApp, they said I could book in person. The room we got looked unused and unclean, with ash and lots of insects. The AC was broken and stuck at 16 C, so I was freezing. The toilet was unusable because no water came out. I won't come back. Even one star doesn't represent this place.

The place is hidden and hard for people to spot. The people here are nice, and security feels safe, but there aren't many facilities, such as a morning breakfast.

I was very satisfied with the hotel's service and found the place comfortable and nice. The bathroom water ran smoothly and didn't feel scary. I'll stay here again on my next trip to Jakarta. It's near the Istiqlal Mosque.
