THE AMOUNT I PAID DIDN'T MATCH THE APP PRICE, AND THE RECEPTIONIST ASKED FOR MORE MONEY. THE ROOM WAS DIRTY, THE SHEETS LOOKED UNWASHED AND FILTHY, AND THE WHOLE PLACE SMELLED STRONGLY OF TRASH. THE BATHROOM WAS AWFUL AND THE SHOWER DIDN'T WORK. NOT WORTH IT!!!!!

The room smelled, and the facilities weren’t worth what I paid. I’d already paid in full through Traveloka, but at check-in they demanded another 100,000, saying weekends cost extra. Why wasn’t that made clear beforehand? There were no towels, the ventilation had cardboard patched over it, and the room was stuffy.
