The birthday surprise was such a lovely touch. The staff brought me a cake and sang "Happy Birthday," which made me feel special and left a lasting impression. I was staying at Sotis for an extended period with colleagues, and from arrival onward the team were warm and professional. Our conference room was set up impeccably, and staff arranged equipment and helped with everything we needed, making the event smooth and stress-free. Yufa deserves a special mention. She helped translate when we ordered dinner, gave us directions to explore the area, and checked in often to see that we were enjoying ourselves. Her care and friendly manner made a big difference. Everyone we met, from valet and housekeeping to restaurant and front office staff, helped create an atmosphere that felt both professional and familial. The management deserves credit for building such a team. Tri, Kezia, and Zaskya were attentive and friendly too, and their service added a lot to my stay. I’m looking forward to coming back and seeing the employees I now consider friends. Sotis is a gem if you want a hotel where the staff care about your experience. We picked this place for a staycation near Blok M, and Blok M hub is only a five-minute walk away. The place was quite good, and the staff were kind even with my active son running around and playing everywhere, so a big thanks to them, haha. Breakfast had an omelette, waffle, and Indomie corner where you can make your own Indomie. There’s a coffee machine, plus Indonesian dishes like nasi gurih and soto ayam, and English breakfast choices such as sausage, potato wedges, and salad. Anyway, it’s so much different from sotis Kemang, big no banget sotis kemang.

The room was nice, and I really liked the breakfast. There was plenty of it for a 3-star hotel. I stayed a couple of nights.

After a long day of activities, this is a really nice place to rest. The staff are lovely and the facilities are good. It’s very near the "Negara Blok M ", just pass through and you can get to all the entertainment. I’ll definitely be back.
