ZEN Rooms Basic Kebon Kacang

The bed and bathroom were dirty, and the room smelled bad. My blanket, pillow, and bed made me feel nauseated, and the neighbors were loud at night, cooking, talking, and laughing. I contacted customer service to complain, but they showed no respect and kept me waiting while I felt awful and couldn't sleep. The room was noisy and the place sits down a narrow alley, far from convenience stores and restaurants. There's no receptionist desk, just a dirty bed and bathroom. I was completely disappointed.

The room was on the small side, though still acceptable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Someone on duty was smoking inside, and the smell reached my room. It wasn't even the cheapest, and the stay was awful.

The location is great. Cleanliness, though, is terrible.
