The room had plenty of space, including a large closet for clothes and belongings. I also liked the little balcony, since it let me smoke even though my room was marked non-smoking. The bathroom was roomy enough, but the shower was clogged and didn't work right. Cleanliness needs attention: there was dust on the cabinets, yellow marks on the toilet and sink, and trash on the balcony floor. They should replace the bath mat more often, too.

For a budget homestay, I got more than I expected. The receptionist, service, room, and everything else were good, and it felt like a lot for the small amount I paid. It's near plenty of cafes and restaurants, and just behind Pondok Indah Mall and Mosque. I'd give it 10/10 and would stay again when I get the chance.

The balcony and vinyl flooring are my favorite parts. It's peaceful, surrounded by greenery, and has a homey feel, with friendly staff and very little noise. I've stayed here three or four times now, and it's been my first choice since that first visit. For the price, it's probably the best in its class. I'd happily return whenever I can. 👍🏻

The coffee shop on the lobby level serves coffee, and the menu tastes okay. The place is nice and everything else was good, but the room linen really needs improvement. That should be the focus of a proper improvement plan. Thanks.
