ZEN Rooms Kuningan Anggrek

The breakfast was a nice part of the stay. Up on the rooftop, you get a metropolitan view, a glass of juice, tea or coffee, and one of the breakfast options offered when you arrive. My room had no hot water or tea or coffee waiting for me, though, and the hot water in the bathroom didn’t work well. The staff were friendly and very professional, but I couldn’t find any instructions for the room service extension for the phone in my room, which was a big bummer. The room itself was nice and adequate for the price. One quirk: even though the key is an RFID card, it doesn’t switch on the room’s electricity, so you have to turn on the air conditioner yourself. The place is tucked deep inside a maze of narrow alleys, and it’s actually Topaz Residence.
