The service was good, and they offered to move me to another room, but the AC still wasn't working properly there either. The bathroom also needs a thorough cleaning.

Even after asking the receptionist to move me, changing rooms seemed impossible since it was already 1am. I was trying to sleep, but the bed had a lot of bed bugs and the itching and discomfort kept me awake. The rooms really need to be cleaned before guests arrive.

The towel was dirty, and the AC was noisy without getting cold. There are lots of rules, and the employees weren't friendly. I just wanted to sleep, but someone knocked loudly on my door in the middle of the night. Not worth staying here.

I woke up to rock music in the morning, which was probably the only downside. The place is cozy, easy to get to, and cheap, and the room was comfortable. I'd definitely stay here again.

The inner garden is beautiful, and the architecture is nice. It's quiet despite being in a busy area. My room was a bit too warm because the aircon wasn't working properly, and the bathroom could've been cleaner. I was only there for a night.
