HEADS UP! The tap water was dirty, with lots of dark sand or something that made it look grayish. In the morning, when people needed water, it stopped completely for half an hour, then came back still grayish. I stayed in room #8 on the second floor, where the TV box didn't work. They provided old towels, liquid soap, a toothbrush and toothpaste, and a safety box. This place takes daily guests through booking services and also has monthly residents. Management is under reddoorz, and check-in was quick. My room was great for the price, less than US $9 per night for 2 adults. It was a bit noisy at night because people also live here on monthly payments.

A nice, inexpensive place to stay, and the rooms are quiet. They also have monthly rooms for 4.5 million per month.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the place was clean. It was a little tricky to find, though.

There’s a lot here that needs improving.
