The room and hotel were fairly clean, and I found the general comfort good. The service at the front desk, though, really needs work. When I checked in at 3 PM, I was told the room was ready, but the key wasn't. I waited around 10 minutes for it. Then the staff handed it over and gave me the room number without explaining anything else. They didn't tell me breakfast was included, when or where it was served, or give me the Wi-Fi login. I had to call the front desk from the room to get the network details. As someone who used to work at a front desk, I expect staff to be proactive and informative. Those details matter to guests, especially when breakfast is part of what they've paid for. The following morning I went down for breakfast at 6 AM, but nobody was at the restaurant to help. I'd strongly recommend more training for the front desk team so they handle guests clearly and attentively.

The views are nice, and the location is very convenient, close to coffeeshops and the train station. Most of the stay was quite good, but there were a few room issues: the ceramic floor and shower seemed to leak, the shower light kept blinking, and the light switch seemed broken.

The staff were very friendly, and the place was a good price for a nice, clean room. The AC worked well and breakfast had a good selection. There isn't a pool, though, so the listing needs updating. The hot water was fine at first, but after 7-10 minutes I couldn't get it hot again. I liked the bright, clean stairway too. Going up and down from the 8th floor was good exercise for me. Thank you!

Booking through different apps can make a big difference to the price. I used traveloka and paid below 400k/night including breakfast. The room and bathroom were clean, the hotel isn't old, and there's a water jug for making coffee. A body pillow (guling in Bahasa) was a rare bonus. They also have smoking rooms without charging extra, which some hotels do. A few things could be better: the Air Con needs maintenance, the hangers aren't great, the table is small, and the bedding and pillow could improve. I'd also rather have bottled water than a refillable jug.
