The staff were helpful, check-in and checkout were simple, and there are a few restaurants on the ground floor. The Wi-Fi worked well, and we could order a latte or long black from the restaurant instead of having instant coffee in the room. For this kind of hotel, cleanliness was okay, and the price was good. Soundproofing could use work. I’d requested a higher-floor non-smoking room for my three-night stay. At check-in, I was told it wasn’t ready and that I could return at 5 pm or ask to move the next day, so I took a ready room on level 3. It was noisy because it was on the lobby floor. I switched to level 5 the following day hoping for a quieter night, but woke up to people shouting and singing happy birthday during a surprise party. The level 5 room was a little bigger. Both rooms had the same amenities, including a hair dryer, toothpaste, toothbrush, and towels.

The bathroom was okay, though the shower wasn’t always hot enough. At least there was a hair dryer. Room 327 was decent, with comfortable beds, enough charging points, a TV, a safe, and a wide view. A good pick if you’re after a mix of budget and comfort.

I checked in on 22nd Nov at 01.37 AM. I didn’t write down the receptionist’s name. From the moment I arrived, the front desk employee spoke in an unfriendly, confrontational way and argued instead of helping me check in smoothly after traveling. It made the whole situation unnecessarily stressful and left me very disappointed with the service. I hope management takes this seriously. Guests should be treated with courtesy, patience, and respect, and this interaction strongly affected my impression of the hotel. I hope action is taken so other guests don’t have the same experience.

The rooms are a bit small, but they provide refillable mineral water and the service is good.
