The employees keep playing ML and ignore the guests. The rooms are dirty, really dirty.

I'm very disappointed. The room was dirty and dark, the sheets were black and dirty and hadn't been changed, and the bathroom was dirty with lots of trash. The service was bad, too.

The hot water for the shower wasn't running, and customer service was lacking.

The admin added extra fees even though I stayed for just one night, and I was already paying the weekend rate.
