The staff were friendly, the room was spacious, and the location was good. But there were serious problems with ants and the water. I had to use ant-killing chalk, and there was no air circulation, so my laundry wouldn’t dry. The water could cut out suddenly while I was showering, and the hot water didn’t last long. It also had a strong metallic, rusty smell. Wi-Fi was poor in rooms far from the router in the hallway.

Everything else was decent, which makes it good value for money, but the WiFi reception in the room was terrible.

I only spent one night there. The service was good, and the location is highly recommended if you want to stay near Jambi city.

There’s plenty of parking, plus a three-floor mall with hundreds of food court options for Muslim and Chinese food and thousands of shops. Around there you can also find banks, ATMs, laundry, Catholic churches, mosques, hospitals, the governor’s house, old traditional homes, and gift shops.
