The air conditioning was cold and the staff were friendly. The hallways were dark, the carpet was torn, and the room furniture was dirty. I chose it because it was listed as a 3-star hotel, but I'd say it's 2 stars at best. It felt old and unclean.

I couldn't get a view outside the window, and the pillowcase had a musty smell that made me question the cleanliness. The facilities and price were a bargain, but hygiene matters a lot to me. Two stars.

I started my first day in Jambi here and could check in early without an extra charge. The room was clean, with high-speed Wi-Fi, and the price and service were good. It's in central Jambi, so getting around is easy.

I wouldn't recommend staying for 2-3 days. My room had no electric hot water, only a few TV channels, and the soap and shampoo containers were empty.

It's an older hotel, but comfortable enough and the staff were helpful. Unfortunately, my room floor was dirty when I checked in, and the towel smelled bad. Too bad.
