Jasmine Kost by OYO Rooms

I got there at dawn with the kids hoping to rest, after booking through Traveloka, and was told there were no rooms left. How does that happen? I ended up complaining to Traveloka. It was the worst moment.

I've tried coming here twice at night to stay because I had a test the next day. Both times they told me it was full, even though I'd booked days earlier.

We had to look for somewhere else to stay after a tiring trip because the booking was still showing on the tiket.com app, even though the hotel says it no longer works with them. Getting a refund is difficult, and it's unclear whether the admin or owner is responsible. I don't know where the money ends up. Do business with integrity so it can be blessed.

We live next to Jasmine Boarding House and have complained several times about its guests behaving unethically. They keep throwing used condoms into our home. Please, Jasmine Boarding House owner, keep a closer eye on your guests. We hope you'll take this seriously going forward.
