The sheets and pillowcases smelled bad and were dirty, with lots of hair on the pillow, as the photo shows. There was no floor mat or soap, and they only gave me one towel. I had to carry my suitcase myself, without help from the owner or housekeeping 👎👎. This rating is based on one night's stay.

The hotel owner told me they had ended their relationship with OYO. I just want the money I transferred for the room booking refunded.
