I only stayed because the hotel was close to the 2024 PPPK test location, and at Rp 50,000 a night it was cheap. Still, the room and corridors felt really creepy, with especially dim lighting. I was too scared to sleep alone and stayed awake until the dawn call to prayer, feeling like I might cry. The TV at least kept me company. The bathroom was terrifying too, especially the broken faucet, which was so hard to adjust.

I paid through Agoda, then was told the property no longer worked with OYO or the app. They said getting my money back would be difficult, so I just left it. It also makes no sense to get a thank-you-for-staying message through the property chat when they're no longer affiliated with any app. If you don't work with OYO or the app anymore, don't list rooms there. It hurts customers.

The mattress was filthy, with bedbugs or mites and urine on it. Please don't stay here, look somewhere else.
