There wasn't anyone on site, so checking in and checking out both meant a long wait. That was especially inconvenient with an early morning flight to the airport. I spent 2 days and 2 nights there, and it was a very disappointing stay. I wouldn't recommend the place. The room I was first given was extremely dirty; the replacement wasn't any better, with dust, previous guests' trash, wasps, and flies. The AC had no remote, so I couldn't control the temperature. They also didn't provide towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, or drinking water. The bathroom had no shower or hot water, and the water that came out looked yellow and dirty. Wi-Fi was missing too, and the TV couldn't be used because there was just one outlet, while the TV needed an extra STB device and at least two outlets.

The security guard was friendly and helpful, and from the front the building looked clean. But once inside, it was a neglected mess, nothing like the app photos. The AC remote was missing, and staff didn't know where it was. The room hadn't been cleaned: trash and belongings from the last occupants were still there. The bathroom was just as bad, with cigarette butts, loose hair, used bottles, and someone else's toothbrush, plus cloudy water. The roof leaked into the room, and the water stopped altogether, making it hard to shower, brush my teeth, or wash my face. I had to use cloudy, dirty water from the sink. Wi-Fi and the listed amenities were missing too. Even the lobby wasn't safe from the leak: while my sister waited for an online motorcycle taxi and I sat there, water suddenly poured down from above. They should check whether guests are downstairs. This was the worst accommodation I've stayed in, completely inadequate and far from the app listing and even the outside appearance. Very disappointing, and I definitely won't return. I hope management fixes things immediately before other guests are affected.

The room was spacious and still affordable. When I needed help, the service was quick and they were ready to assist. I happened to check out a little late, and they gave me extra time without asking for cash or a fee.

The mattress was hard, and despite my booking a DOUBLE BED, I was told they only had a QUEEN SIZE. The TV didn't work, the refrigerator was unplugged, and there was no AC remote. When I asked about it, the receptionist said to use a "switch," so there was no way to adjust the AC. The bathroom door had no lock or clamp and wouldn't close at all. When I asked the receptionist, she said, "It really can't be closed, right?" That's ridiculous, haha. Her only other response was "PLANGA PONGO." When I complained, she just said, "That's how it is, sir." lol
