The staff were great, and the clubs nearby do close relatively early. My two rooms were different, though: the one labeled "superior" didn't live up to the name. There's a club directly above it and a karaoke club next door. The entrance is a little odd, but it wasn't a big deal.

Olivia, Ricko, and agus really made the stay for us. They were welcoming, looked after us, and went out of their way to help. The FrontOne Jayapura hotel, its facilities, and the location were all amazing too. I'd give more than five stars if I could. Those three deserve commendations and raises!

The rooftop cafe was really nice, and I enjoyed my stay apart from a couple of room issues. The deluxe room's table was so small that I couldn't work comfortably on my laptop. I also couldn't leave food there because ants appeared out of nowhere. The price is fairly affordable, and the location is strategic.

There are lots of food options nearby, and this new hotel is right in the heart of Jayapura. It's clean enough to rest in, especially if you want to get out of the scorching midday heat. The staff didn't seem well trained, though. A waiter forgot my order and left me waiting almost an hour.

The location is good, but the hotel quality was disappointing. I asked for a double bed, yet they gave me twin beds and insisted that was what I'd ordered. Check-in took a very long time, and laundry wasn't always available since they use an outsourced team.
