Hotel Bandung Permai

The staff have been kind and helpful, and we’ve found the place cozy, clean, and convenient. The furniture is nice, too. We first stayed two days in a family suite, then came back for a day in a double suite. It has a living room, but the WiFi is very weak. We’re currently on the first floor near the pool. The family room upstairs was quieter, with a kitchen and more privacy. My daughter has really enjoyed the internet TV, free WiFi, and swimming pool. It’s a low-cost, luxurious-feeling hotel in the middle of Medan, a nice break from the busy routine. We’d come back and recommend it. We moved the living room furniture around to suit us, as shown in the second photo. Thanks for all the courtesy and comfort.

The location is convenient, with the highest supermarket right across from the hotel. There’s also a swimming pool, and the facilities are complete. Several bathrooms in the room were broken, though, so you may need to call a mechanic to fix them.

The rooms aren’t too small and were clean, and the staff were friendly. There’s a simple pool for kids as well. It’s a small hotel, but good value for the price, set in the middle of the city though away from the main road.

The hotel is average and has a pool, which feels fair for the price. The hot water wasn’t working, and rooms near the street get a lot of traffic noise.
