Hotel Jepara Indah

My room was spacious and clean, with clean amenities. The AC, hot shower, bathtub, TV, and toilet all worked well, and the rate felt worth it for what I got. There's a decent-sized pool for hotel guests and the public, along with a spacious restaurant offering smoking and non-smoking areas. Breakfast food was good, and the location is accessible and convenient. I didn't find the security staff friendly. I've visited a couple of times just to swim and never got a greeting from them. Maybe it was because I arrived on a motorbike instead of in a fancy car, I don't know. I hope management gives all staff, especially frontliners, some manners training so guests are treated pleasantly and without picking favorites. Everything else was fine and satisfying. Keep up the good work!

The building looks old and a little scary, though the room itself is pretty large. It had a refrigerator, but no electric kettle, just two bottles of mineral water, and no slippers. You have to wait a few minutes for the water heater to work. The dining room is large. Food options are limited, but the taste is good. Food rating: 3/5.

I've stayed here on and off for 10 years, and only come back when I have no choice. This time annoyed me enough to write a review. The hotel is old and poorly maintained. The AC in my room 206 was too small for the large room and didn't cool it, the shower wasn't hot enough, and the water pressure was extremely poor. The front office staff had a terrible attitude, as if we were staying for free. When I complained about the room, they kept making excuses and didn't care. Cards aren't accepted. This is a badly run hotel with ill-mannered staff. HOTEL ZAMAN PURBA. Maybe the owner trained them this way.

Breakfast was pretty good, and the parking area is spacious. The location isn't ideal, though KFC and Pizza Hut are nearby. It's an old hotel that's already working on updates and modernization, but you can still feel the old style.
