We only needed a small hotel for one night before catching the ferry to kurimunjawa island, and this turned out better than expected. The price was very good for what we got. It’s a little room, but the bed was big and comfy, and there was a bathroom, shower, TV, and AC. Everything was very clean, and the location was perfect. We also needed somewhere affordable to leave the car for a few days, and the hotel offered parking and a lift to the ferry dock. I’d recommend it 110% if you’re using the nearby ferry. Even without that, there are plenty of places to walk around and see.

The room was very comfortable, and the hotel is handy for the early ferry to Karimunjawa. The mosque is RIGHT NEXT DOOR, though, and the reception staff were surly. There’s also a fiery ticket seller who’ll ask you to pay an entry fee to the recreation park just to reach the hotel.

We stayed one night after arriving on the ferry from Karimunjawa, and the location worked well for catching the ferry. The price felt a bit high for what you get compared with other hotels, though the closeness to the harbor probably explains it. Room No. 8 was clean, the AC worked well, and breakfast was included. It was Asian style, meaning Nasi Goreng. The sink wasn’t secured to the wall well enough. It seems like only a matter of time before it falls off.

It was fine as a place to spend the night in transit, and the port is an easy walk away. You can’t expect much for the price, and it isn’t comparable to European standards. They don’t speak English, but for such a short stay that wasn’t necessary.
