Villa Suerte

The landscaping and design are lovely, and they bring breakfast to your villa. They can also arrange a car, tours, and activities. I've stayed here a couple of times on business and it's probably one of the better options in the area. The service is VERY "chill," though, and prices are getting too high. One morning, loud gamelan music started blaring from a speaker outside my room at 6am!

The pool stayed clean, and the view and vibes were really extraordinary. We enjoyed every second at this place, with great hospitality throughout.

The prices are still quite reasonable, and there's surprisingly no minimum spend. Suerte Cafe is such a lovely place, romantic and perfect for sunset chasers. The food was great, the drinks were on point, and the staff were unbelievably friendly, seriously so kind.

The room was clean and neat, with beautiful furniture. At night, the ambience was perfect, romantic and quiet, and the pool water was warm enough for a night swim. The restaurant menu was limited, but their signature fried rice at breakfast was so, so good. I had expected the villa to stay quiet and private all day, with no random people, locals or visitors, who weren't staying there. But around noon and again during sunset, from 15.00-18.00, a few randos were taking 1000 Instagram pictures and even occupying the prime sunbeds. If visitors who aren't hotel guests are welcome, please keep them at the beach restaurant and away from the main villa areas, including poolside, which should be strictly for guests. Check-in was a terrible experience. There was no hospitality at first and no signs showing where to go or who to speak to. For such a small villa, it was hard to find the lobby to get my room keys. Hospitality for guests could be better, and there should be stricter control to keep non-guests out.
