3 Princess Boutique Hotel and Spa

The pool was green and full of debris blown in from the street, which was a letdown since we booked this place to swim and relax before our flight. The hotel is roughly 15 to 20 minutes from the airport at 4am. It was hard to even find the property because there were no signs with the hotel name, so we had to ask at reception. The building is old and run down, and there’s only one decent restaurant within walking distance. The rooftop bar and restaurant menu was overpriced, so we ate elsewhere. Our room smelled moldy from being shut up, and the large double bath barely had enough hot water to fill it. Our usual bedbug check came up clear, but there were lots of dead cockroaches tucked under the bed. Mosquitoes came in whenever we opened the door, though keeping the air conditioning low helped keep them down. Internet access was almost nonexistent. It ran through a SIM card 4G modem, and the staff seemed to sit nearby using it at dialup speeds. Basic webpages wouldn’t load. When I told reception, they just snapped, “Internet in your room only.” We went down the street to Fat Chows restaurant to get online. Don’t stay here.

The rooftop restaurant has a full 360 view of the seaside, and the food was great. I especially liked the chili crab, and it was very affordable. The room was really nice and spacious too, with a huge tub, and I had a relaxing massage treatment.

The rooftop food was excellent, and the staff were so sweet. I had a wonderful spa experience with a great view of the ocean. Definitely recommend it.

For 5,50k a night, you get a beautiful ocean view from the rooftop. There’s also the Kings crab ocean view resto up there.
