Abisha Villa Jimbaran

We were so dissatisfied that we left before the first night was over and moved to another hotel. I’d booked two rooms for two nights, but the dirty rooms, leaking AC, and bad-smelling water made the stay extremely uncomfortable. Booking here felt like a waste of money. Abisha’s management needs serious improvement to both the service and facilities. Not recommended at all.

The staff were kind, brought us water each day, and the lobby and pool looked nice. But our first room was unacceptable, with a cockroach, mold, and things left by a previous guest. The second was cleaner, though the sheets were still dirty. Breakfast was very basic, some plates weren’t clean, and the Wi-Fi barely worked. We paid very little, so I guess you get what you pay for.

The first night was fine, but the next day was awful. There were bugs on the first floor, though thankfully the second floor was okay. They said there was a kitchen, but somehow it had no cooking utensils or gas.

The price was pretty good, and the service was great, but the rooms were much older than the pictures made them look. They also weren’t cleaned well. The walls, windows, bathroom and tiles, and the toilet itself all looked like they hadn’t had a deep clean in a long time. There wasn’t any hand towel or soap either. Staff could use more English so communication would be better. If they improve these things, the stay would be much better.
