The room was nice, but checking in left us feeling really uncomfortable. We arrived at 11:00 PM, and a group of young people were gathered in front of reception. My husband went to get the key while I waited outside because I was sick, and he asked me to stay there. Those people had been watching us since we got out of the car, staring at us curiously. I heard someone laughing as they watched us all the way to the room’s front door. It was upsetting for both of us. We checked out early because we had a long trip, and we didn’t see those people when we left. Reception shouldn’t be a hangout spot that makes guests feel watched and disturbs their privacy. It was a really annoying first impression.
