This was my fourth time at the resort and second at Ayana Segara, and we'll keep coming back for the quality and warm welcome. At the front desk, Jocelyn, Surya and Felicia were wonderful. Herdy, Candra and Renandy from room service were lovely and so helpful. My favorite is the Segara pool. It's relaxing, has a great view, and the pool team is the best. Many thanks to Aditya, Maha, Aris and Ari. Hopefully we'll be back soon!

The Luna Rooftop pool and bar was our favorite spot, with great views and a good adults-only atmosphere. We had our final meal at Skusa, where Ari gave us some of the best customer service I've experienced. She was so kind and thoughtful, and made the meal special. The crab ravioli was my favorite thing I ate on the trip, and the decor was beautiful. We spent Christmas 2025 at Ayana Segara and were looked after so well. Staff kept going out of their way to make us feel welcome, and the whole place was spotless and well maintained. I was surprised by how quiet it felt, even with all the choices across the resort. I felt very sad to leave, and we'll definitely come back. Thank you again. 🩵

In our four days and three nights, we fit in the Farm Walk, Rock Bar, After Rock, Thalassotherapy Pool and Kampoeng Bali, and loved them all. Downloading the Ayana app before arriving is a good idea so you can reserve activities ahead of time. We were so happy we'd chosen Segara after seeing all the posts. It's beautiful and luxurious outside, with spacious, comfortable rooms and amazing indoor and outdoor pools. Being in the middle of the resort made getting between stops convenient. The hospitality was exceptional, and our family had a dreamlike, unforgettable vacation. Big thanks to the whole team.

What made our trip feel special was the people. Chefs, cleaners and every other staff member greeted my wife and me with genuine smiles and warm wishes, morning and night. The Balinese staff's little thoughtful gestures and care made the stay feel unlike anywhere else we've been. The setting is breathtaking, with picture-perfect views everywhere. The tram connecting the hotels is a fun, easy way to explore and feels like an experience on its own. The pools are stunning, and the view over the ocean from the Ayana lobby is unforgettable. Food was a treat too, especially the breakfast buffet, which set us up for the day. It wasn't just a holiday for us, but a joyful stay filled with kindness and hospitality. 🌺

I spent four nights here in February and loved it. The resort is huge and full of great restaurants and bars. Rooms are big, comfortable and well equipped, and the staff were amazing. I'd come back if I'm in this part of Bali again.
