There are much better places at this price. The place is run down, with rust, mold and old broken things. The owner is greedy, and the internet is unreliable, sometimes out for a whole day. Cleaning happens only once a month. It costs almost 3 mln per month because electricity is extra, and even if you stay less than a month, the owner charges the full price. The current 4.4 rating is only there because the owner asked friends to vote it up. I think the real rating is around 3.
