The price felt very fair, and the staff were wonderful. When I arrived at reception, they gave me tasty juice whose flavor stayed with me all night. I slept like a baby. The room was clean and comfortable, and I’d choose this hotel again if I’m in that area.
The location may not be the best, but what stood out during my two-day stay was how good the service was. The clerks were happy to help with all our different needs and had a really satisfying attitude. Keep up the good work!
For the price, it’s a decent place. Our second-floor room had a balcony overlooking the garden. The view wasn’t quite like the booking site photos, though it was still nice, and there’s a terrace on the third floor. Parking is private and shaded, and the staff are friendly, but they don’t speak English very well. The room looks good at first, but there was some dust, a few little annoyances, and the bathroom needed repairs.
We had a villa with its own pool, which was really nice. The stay was okay overall, though there’s room for the service to improve and some details need attention before the place can feel great. A few extra towels would have helped.
At IDR 243,000 (about US $16) a night, I felt the studio was worth the money. We rented it for 3 days, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It has the basics for a comfortable stay: a fridge, hot water, air conditioner, TV, closet, and safe deposit box. There are towels, soap, shampoo, two bottles of water, coffee, and tea, plus a kitchen with simple utensils, plates, cups, glasses, and cutlery. I’d recommend it if you’re not trying to stay near the beach or close to everything ^_^
