The owners were very nice, and I had a pleasant stay at Donata house. I was given a better room, and the clean room was regularly cleaned. Breakfast was provided, with free coffee and tea too. After check-out, I could leave my backpacks by the desk and take a shower. The WiFi was really good for working. I recommend it.

We slept so well here, honestly better than at home 😅. The room was comfortable and cleaned often, and breakfast was ready every morning when we got up. There was always free tea and coffee. Mr. Francisco and his wife were incredibly kind and welcoming. On our last day, checkout was at 12 p.m. and our flight wasn't until 9 p.m. We went to the beaches and came back around 6 p.m.; he had clean towels waiting so we could shower before heading to the airport. The owners are what make Donata House special. They were attentive and generous, always welcoming us with a warm smile and making us feel like family. We stayed three nights and wished we could stay longer. The bed was VERY comfortable, the rooms have air conditioning, and the facilities were decently clean. There's a small pool that's clean and well maintained, plus a kitchen and refrigerator, which was handy. It's super quiet at night, with no parties or loud noise. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Bali.

I had to book Donata at short notice after my other accommodation messed up my booking. Just 3 min after booking, I was knocking at their door, and they welcomed me sooo kindly. From that first moment I felt in good hands. The room is simple and has AC. They can share lots of recommendations if you need them, and provide coffee, tea and water 24/7. It feels more like a good homestay, and I'd definitely come back next time. Thanks sooo much 🙏🏼
