Mövenpick Resort & Spa Jimbaran Bali

My birthday surprise in the room really moved me to tears. There was a “Happy Birthday” message, real rose petals, a delicious cake from the Mövenpick Café, and a personal note written on the mirror. I’ll always treasure that memory. The welcome started at the airport, where our driver was easy to spot with a clear “Movenpick” sign. The car was comfortably air-conditioned, and check-in was smooth, with welcome drinks and a cool towel. Anugra gave us friendly, personal service from the beginning, checked that all the details were right, and greeted us warmly whenever we passed through the lobby. He also surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. The hotel always had a fresh, relaxing scent, the pool was clean and well maintained, and every staff member we met greeted us with a warm smile. We had a wonderful spa visit too. Diari and Prima were calm, friendly, and attentive during our massages. Breakfast and signature chocolate hour were both lovely, with good food and plenty of choices. Our stay was memorable and full of thoughtful touches that make me want to come back.

The team at Mövenpick Bali made our stay pleasant, and I want to thank everyone. The hotel was organized and professional while still feeling warm and comfortable. What made it special was the people, especially Devi. She was cheerful, always smiling, and so thoughtful. Her greetings and bright, positive energy made us feel welcome and comfortable every time we saw her. Those small moments stayed with us and turned a nice visit into a memorable one.

We had connecting rooms for our family of four, so our two young kids, aged 4 and 7, had their own room and bathroom away from the parents. We stayed eight days and loved it. The staff looked after us really well, and even sent our desserts to the room and flowers for our engagement. The kids had so much fun at the kids club, and the staff were very friendly. The pools are amazing. I also managed a couple of morning yoga sessions. The spa was incredible, and I went back three times for a massage and facial. They’re award-winning, and it shows. The beach and seafood restaurants are a very short walk away.

We stayed seven nights during our birthday month, and the hotel’s thoughtful, attentive service helped our family make unforgettable memories. The staff were kind and made sure we had what we needed. My daughter loved how kid-friendly the resort was, and we were touched that they provided birthday cakes for both her and me. The hotel connects directly to a shopping centre, so we could exchange money, eat at different restaurants, browse souvenir shops and cafés, and visit a nail salon without going elsewhere. We also enjoyed the complimentary performances each day. On our last day, our flight was late at night, and the hotel let us keep using the facilities and gave us a refresh room so we could rest and shower before heading to the airport. Airport pickup and drop-off were excellent too, which made the trip smooth and stress-free.
