Putu and Ketut were the only good thing about this place. We had no electricity, and sometimes no water either. Rain leaked through the wall, and we got an electric shock that ruined all our chargers, so we had to buy new ones. Nobody cared about any of that. They only remembered to ask for money and never seemed to care about our comfort or experience. The management and owners were awful. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

I'd rate it 4.5. The service was really friendly, and they let us check in before the usual time. The room could use better amenities: the TV signal was poor, and the bathtub wasn't usable.

The location is fairly quiet, but not far from the main road, so it was peaceful staying here. The Jimbaran seafood area is roughly 1 km away. The room was clean, and the service was great, with very friendly staff.
