The location was convenient, and the service was better than I expected. Staff were attentive and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the facilities were kept in good shape. I’d recommend this hotel and would gladly return.

I loved the little touches here, from frangipani oil, cookies, face masks, and pajamas to spotless rooms cleaned twice a day and an amazing turndown. The service honestly felt better than at many five-star hotels. At check-in, they gave us cold towels, face mist, iced tea, and pink bracelets, and the staff were caring and very friendly. The 24-hour pool is beautiful with its lights and candles at night, and sometimes staff bring drinks and fruit around. The hotel is near Balangan Beach, just a few minutes away, in the Balangan and Jimbaran area. It’s peaceful, stylish, and intimate. I had a wonderful stay and will come back, and visit other PinkHotels too. Highly recommend for an adults-only boutique stay near the beach.

Everything was spotlessly clean and the service was lovely. The hotel is small, but they’ve made good use of the space and decorated it tastefully, with just enough kitsch while still feeling peaceful. It doesn’t have a restaurant or bar; I think they can prepare breakfast, though we didn’t try it. The area is quiet, with a couple of pleasant coffee shops and breakfast spots reachable by a walk along the back roads. If you want somewhere peaceful to relax and don’t mind driving to busier areas or beaches, I’d definitely recommend it.

We stayed there last week, and the host welcomed us so warmly as soon as we arrived. The room was really comfortable and had all the little things we might need, even a pink hairband. That kind of detail shows how much they care about the guest experience. Big thanks to all the staff for making our stay better.
