Puri Gading Villa Jimbaran by The Lavana (5 Bedroom Villa)

Dewa, who looks after the property, was a good guy and tried to make us comfortable. My experience with the management was very different. In my opinion, it was the worst villa management I’ve dealt with. The price kept changing whenever we called, and in the end we paid about 20% more. We had no time left to find another villa, so we agreed. We were also asked to pay for our own electricity. When we arrived, only two of the five rooms were ready. The other three still needed repairs, which took time and caused a lot of noise. We found a broken sink counter in the bathroom, cockroaches throughout the bathroom, and a fridge that was physically damaged and didn’t work properly. We asked them to repair it, but they never did. The sofa was broken too, though we had complained before check-in and they replaced it. The manager told us to leave in an unpleasant way. We were late because the pickup car was stuck in traffic. We knew we had to go, but the way they treated us made us uncomfortable. Based on my experience, I’d suggest avoiding this place if you can.

Hello, management of Puri Gading villa. Please note that this is a residential complex, and remind your clients not to make noise after 9pm. If they want to party, they should go to a club instead of disturbing the neighborhood. People need to sleep and rest.
