Everything about the place feels special, right down to the details, and the rooms are both lovely and comfortable. This was our second stay at Ayana, and once again we had a superb time. The staff were thoughtful and so friendly, which made the visit memorable. We’ll definitely come back.

The pools are amazing, the staff are really friendly, and the food is generally delicious without being too salty. It’s a beautiful resort with pleasant service and plenty to do at Ayana. I only wish there were more heated pools and slides for children, since some pools are for adults only. I love it here.

We loved walking through the Ayana gardens, relaxing by the pools with their beautiful views, and checking out the different restaurants and bars with live music. Everywhere at Rimba Ayana resort felt blissful, and the resort itself is beautiful. The service was friendly and extraordinary. Would recommend!

You feel welcome everywhere during your stay, and the hospitality really comes through. I had an issue with the primary guest name on my booking, but Efka from reception spent about 45 minutes working through it with me and Agoda until it was resolved. Because we had to wait unexpectedly, he upgraded us to Wana. We enjoyed our stay.

Getting around the resort took frequent shuttle rides since the grounds are so spread out, though the service was organized and came often. Food and drinks cost a bit more, but we felt the quality and experience justified it. We loved having the whole AYANA estate to explore, with its restaurants, bars, and pools. RIMBA by AYANA Bali itself was spotless and beautifully kept, with modern, relaxing rooms, lush surroundings, and several pools, each with a different feel. The staff were consistently friendly and professional, and always ready to help. A wonderful, family-friendly stay, and we’d happily return.
