Royal Tulip Springhill Resort Jimbaran

The staff stood out most, they were so kind and always eager to make our requests work, with a lovely smile. We also really enjoyed the restaurant space and the breakfast selection. Our room and bathroom were clean and very comfortable, and the surroundings were lovely. We had a wonderful stay at the Royal Tulip.

That healthy juice and smoothie trolley at breakfast was a highlight, and the food overall was great, with plenty of Indonesian, Indian, and international choices. I personally like stronger seasoning, so I’d suggest the chefs add a little more, though they’ve already done an amazing job. We had a family holiday at the Royal Tulip Springhill Resort Jimbaran and found the rooms spacious with good amenities. The staff across reception, housekeeping, and the restaurant were friendly and gave wonderful service. I remember Mangde, Ana, Ani (I think they’re twins, lol), Rini, Perdi, Sandi, and Gektri and Asha at the Front Office. I may have missed some restaurant names, and I hope I’ve spelled Gektri and Asha correctly. It was a lovely stay.

The buffet breakfast was 11/10, we loved it. Our children also had a great time with the activities, especially bracelet making, Balinese dance, and towel-art classes. The staff were warm and welcoming throughout our family holiday at Tulip. We had a spacious, comfortable three-bedroom villa with its own pool, though it felt a little dated and the pool could use more upkeep. The resort’s main pool was fantastic and became our family’s favorite. It’s quite far from the main areas, but Grab was easy to get, so that wasn’t a problem. We liked the quiet, nature-surrounded setting for spending time together, and would gladly return for another relaxing family getaway.

The hotel made my Bali trip feel special, and the staff were so friendly that they really made me feel royal. I found the prices good, and the place was clean and comfortable. When I first arrived in Bali, I accidentally checked into the wrong hotel and got a very bad first impression. Moving to Royal Tulip completely changed that. I’d strongly recommend it to Arab travelers. A few things I’d like to see: more international breakfast choices, opening hours extended to 12 midnight, and a shisha bar. Thank you, Royal Tulip.
