The room was good, and I appreciated how kind and friendly the staff were. But having to wait for the strict 3 PM check-in was frustrating. I arrived about an hour early, and the room was already ready, yet I still had to wait. I don’t understand the reason for making guests wait when the room is available. It caused unnecessary inconvenience, and I hope they’ll reconsider the rule in those situations. The stay was fine overall, though this part was disappointing.

The service was great, which is why I decided to write this. The water was nice and clean, and there’s a mini kitchen where you can make noodles. The traditional ornaments give the place a feeling like visiting an old friend. At first, I hesitated because it’s in a housing area, but it turned out to be really nice. I wanted to stay longer.

I only booked one night, which I really regret because I loved it here. The place was spotless, and the little living room and kitchen were adorable. The architecture is simple but unusual, and everything felt calm and comfortable. The staff were so kind and helpful. Thanks, Bunga Desa, for a stay I won't forget. I'd love to come back and enjoy it longer 💞
