The pool was great, and the shared kitchen and living area had plenty of room for a family. The location is quite isolated, though: you can't really walk anywhere, and at night it's completely dark. Our room was small but okay. The sink leaked, so we couldn't use it on the first night. The air conditioning remote didn't work, and after borrowing one from another room, the AC leaked overnight and soaked books in a bag underneath it. There were lots of flies around the kitchen, and the bin was overflowing with rubbish from 14 guests. A larger kitchen bin might help. The power also cut out when more than one room was using the shower.

It felt like there was no privacy. Staff could come and go while we were out, so make sure to lock the room and take the key with you. On checkout day, workers were already going up and down from around 9 or 10 in the morning, which was really annoying.

Dewi, the housekeeper, was so helpful and accommodating. The villa itself was roomy, clean, well cared for, and had a comfortable bed. I had a great stay, and would recommend it if you're after somewhere gorgeous and peaceful to relax.
