The fresh morning tea and helpful staff were a plus. The standard room is spacious and has AC, and at under 150k it isn't expensive. It's an older hotel, with some cracked walls and spiderwebs, though that didn't cause me a problem. There's a small ramp by the side entrance for luggage, but the main hall and corridors have lots of steps, so I wouldn't recommend it for wheelchair users.

We came as a group and booked 8 rooms for a stopover. I expected very little after seeing so many bad reviews, just somewhere to sleep for a bit and shower. It turned out not to be as bad as people said, and we were able to sleep well. Thank you, hotel dewi.

This isn't a proper place to stay. The service felt completely flat, and the room looked like it was in an old building. I booked what seemed to be the proper room through the application, but they gave me the cheapest one and said the connection was having trouble. Potone wes tak apus.

The service was terrible, and this was the worst place to stay.

They made it so difficult for me to check in that I gave up and left. The place seemed dodgy anyway.
