The parking area could be bigger. Water from the AC drains into the bathroom and leaves the floor slippery. In the room for four, it felt hot, so the AC could be stronger or a 2500 PK unit or higher could be added. The hot water also didn’t work properly. TV signal needs attention, and the corner rooms get poor TV and Wi-Fi reception.

There were several food and drink vendors around the hotel, and the room attendants, all gentlemen, gave excellent service. I stayed for a family event in Jombang, with check-in on the 25th and check-out on 26 October 2025. The room was comfortable, though there was no hot water and parking was limited. Thank you.

Really disappointed, just a dud. I booked through Agoda, but this accommodation requires a valid couple, so I couldn’t check in even after traveling all that way for a layover. I submitted a refund request, but there was no refund.

Finding food was easy, with Alfamidi, a mosque, and other facilities nearby. The place was safe, clean, and comfortable, and had complete facilities. The admin and guard were kind too. I arrived from Jakarta in Jombang at 23.50, and thankfully I’d already booked at Kusuma Bangsa and chatted with the gatekeeper about checking in at night.

The room was roomy and clean, but the Wi-Fi didn’t reach it, and there wasn’t even a trash can. The pillowcase smelled like the previous guest’s sweat. I meant to ask for a change, but I was tired and just wanted to rest. It should have been changed.
