Our first time ordering room service here was for tom yum and pizza, and everything tasted good. We had no complaints about the food. We did ask for an ice bucket that night, but the person on room service said there was no ice available, which made for a pretty poor night. Then Mr. Ruli showed up with our food and two glasses of ice. He said, “I brought the ice you ordered, sir. I just bought it outside. I’m sorry about that.” Can you imagine that? He went out and bought ice himself without hesitation, even though he had to spend his own money. His hard work and sincerity mean a lot to us. Excellent service, Mr. Ruli. Big applause 👏👏👏

The water heater and pressure weren’t working properly, and I wouldn’t recommend this place. The dinner package was a big disappointment for my family, especially as this was our first visit. We paid for the BBQ dinner package for four people, as shown on the receipt, but nothing on the menu was grilled. It was just some vegetables, tofu, and fried chicken in sauce. The manager apologized and called it a misunderstanding, but this wasn’t a misunderstanding from the beginning. It was a scam.

They even have someone like an auditor in the morning who regularly evaluates the service and is willing to hear suggestions from guests. I really appreciate the effort of the mbak accountant. The service from everyone was excellent. This should be the most popular hotel here. Well done 👏🏻

The room was spacious and homey, and the bed was high quality, so I got a perfect rest. The food was lovely, the service excellent, and the facilities cover everything you need: a pool, kids’ playground, fancy rooftop, and ping pong table. Staff are kind and helpful, so ask them if you have any issue with the room or anything else. Thanks to Ms. Erysa Nanda for making our stay more pleasant 😊. Great value and a great experience. I’d recommend this hotel for a comfortable, fancy holiday in the Tawangmangu area at a reasonable price.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room had a high ceiling, and there was a spacious open verandah. Getting to villa Acacia in the rain is a bit tricky, so you need an umbrella.
