A good value for a small family. It's comfortable, quiet, and clean, and the bathroom is clean too. The hot water works fine and the drainage is okay. The TV has lots of channels, and the Wi-Fi is decent. It's close to the UMS campus and the airport.

Room 9 works okay for a family on the second floor, but the upstairs bedroom wasn't very clean. There was hair left by previous guests, and lots of ants in the gaps between the iron bars by the wall. The water heater doesn't work, and the bathroom sink is clogged and poorly maintained.

The room was nice and comfortable, but we couldn't get the key to open the door at night. The staff blamed the visitors and nobody apologized, which was especially upsetting with small children, including girls, with us. The women staff were rude. The fathers and male guards were very kind, and apologized several times because my children were asleep while the room lock wouldn't open.

Really disappointing and stressful. My booking was canceled one day before my event, even though I'd made it a long time ago, with "operational issues" given as the reason. But somehow my friend was able to book by chat the day before. The response was uncomfortable too, especially since the situation was urgent. If you're thinking of booking here, think it over. This might happen to you too.
