I paid 1.2 million for a room, but then the booking message suddenly failed. The money was taken from my balance and trip.com rejected it. The phone number listed on Google can't be reached. What happened to my money???!!

The Wi-Fi is fast and the price is cheap. Some of the water heaters don't work, though. New drivers should be careful.

The room wasn't like the one shown in the app. The 108-thousand room I got was very different, with no fan or AC. The hot water and sink didn't work, the sink was dirty, the TV wouldn't turn on, and there was a small termite-chewed hole in the door that let someone see in from outside. The guard's service was the worst part. He was friendly at first, but after I'd checked in through the app, he asked me to add 50 for a room with a working TV, even though I'd already paid through the app. Then he asked, “Next time you come here, why not skip the app?” Why would he say that? 😂 The mother there was so rude. My husband and I had a small argument, and she threw him out and told him to check out when he'd only just gone into the shower. My husband wanted to leave because he was annoyed, but I didn't want to. We'd paid for the room, so I told him we should just go in and sleep. The ID card clearly says “MARRIED.” Being thrown out so easily really hurt. The service was unbelievably rude.

The service was bad. They moved me to another guest house, and that place was also bad, smelled awful, and wasn't what I'd booked.
