Hotel O JKK Sweet Room

I booked in the app, but when I got there, the owner said the listed price was unreasonable and asked me to pay extra. If that price is unreasonable, close the OYO app account instead of luring guests there. I gave in and paid the additional amount they requested, then asked whether there'd be any other fees. They said there wouldn't be any. After I'd put my things in the room and gone out for a quick meal, I came back and they wanted more money because I'd checked in before 2 pm. They said it was the owner's rule. I'm upset I stayed here. I'd rather pay 300 to 400 a night for a hotel. The room smelled of cigarettes and was offered by the hour. I was there to work, not for a one-night stand.

I paid through AGODA, but when I arrived to check in, they demanded 400 thousand rupiah. The service was really rude, and I was so disappointed. Getting a refund through the app was difficult, then there was no more confirmation. My money just went to waste. I hope it becomes a blessing.

This was really awful. They asked us for extra money when we arrived, saying the app's price was wrong, even though the request had been made 4 years ago. Getting a refund was made difficult, and it felt like they were just wasting our money and canceling. Really, really bad!

I booked through the app, but on arrival they wanted more money because the price didn't match. The AC leaked, the sink didn't run, and the room was cramped. What a waste.
