My room still wasn't ready when I arrived, and the shower was broken. The staff insisted I use a bucket of water instead of offering another room, and they were rude when I complained. There were stains and dust in the room too, as shown in the photos. The online pictures don't reflect what the room is actually like.

The room looked fine from outside, but inside it was filthy. I only came because my family invited me. The floor, blanket, bedding, and curtains were dirty, there was a cockroach, the AC was broken, and the toilet door had no handle. The staff seemed lazy, unfriendly, and impolite. Big no, I won't book here again. Bye! They were smoking, hahaha, bye!
